Why do I keep struggling at work when I know what I'm capable of?+
Because most workplaces weren't designed for the way you think — and that's not a metaphor. Hiring processes filter for social performance over job performance. Management styles assume a single communication default. Success metrics reward visibility over output. Each one quietly assumes there's a standard way to be, and treats everything else as a problem to manage.
There isn't a standard. There's a range, and the system was built for a narrow part of it. So if you've spent years working twice as hard for half the recognition, you're not imagining it — and you're not failing. The friction is structural. Is there actual data showing that people like me can perform at a high level?+
Yes — and the strongest of it isn't self-reported or soft.
JPMorgan Chase found that professionals in its Autism at Work program made fewer errors and were 90–140% more productive than colleagues who had spent years in the same roles.[1]
Deloitte reports that teams with neurodivergent professionals in some roles can be up to 30% more productive than those without them.[2]
And the 2025 EY Global Neuroinclusion at Work Study — the largest of its kind, spanning 22 countries — found that neurodivergent professionals report specialist- or expert-level proficiency in the fastest-growing workplace skills, from AI and data to cybersecurity to analytical and creative thinking.[3]
None of this means you're valuable because you out-produce people. It means the struggle was never a capability problem. Put the same wiring in the right role, with the right conditions, and what shows up was there the whole time. It was the fit that was missing, not the effort.
What are neurodivergent people actually better at?+
It depends on the wiring — neurodivergence isn't one profile, and the strengths vary as much as the people do. But certain capabilities show up again and again:
Pattern recognition — seeing the signal in the noise, and the systems others miss.
Deep, sustained focus on the problems that lose everyone else.
Logical precision, and a low tolerance for the inconsistencies most people skim past.
Anomaly detection — noticing the one thing that's off.
Holding complex information and finding the thread that connects it.
These aren't consolation prizes. They're high-demand competencies, and companies like SAP, Microsoft, and EY have built entire programs around getting access to them. The traits that made school or a conventional office feel impossible are often the same ones driving breakthrough work in data, technology, analysis, and design.
The work was never about changing who you are. It's about finding where what you already are fits — and putting it to use.
AI is a big deal right now — does that apply to me?+
More than most people realize.
UiPath found that neurodiverse workers were 150% more productive at AI data labeling and model training than non-neurodiverse peers.[4]
That's not a quirk of one task. The traits that come most naturally to many neurodivergent thinkers — pattern recognition, precision, logical sequencing, sustained focus — are exactly what AI-adjacent work runs on. And because that work rewards how a mind actually performs, rather than how well it performs being in a room, it tends to surface capability that older ways of measuring people kept missing.
Every industry is now trying to figure out how to work alongside these tools. Starting from wiring that's already suited to them is not a small advantage.
I've tried to make things work before and it hasn't stuck. Why would strategic advisory be different?+
Because what's been offered before almost certainly started from the same place: how to make you work more like everyone else. Manage the symptoms, smooth the edges, fit in better. No wonder it didn't hold — it was solving the wrong problem.
We start from the opposite premise: there's nothing in you that needs fixing or hiding. The first thing we do is read how your mind actually works — where your focus is sharpest, what drains you, what you're already doing well that no one's named yet.
From there it's specific and practical: working with environments that don't default to your style, spending your energy where it counts instead of burning it on the wrong tasks, asking for what you need without it costing you.
We're not building someone new. We're building around the person who was already there — performance you can sustain, because it doesn't run on pretending.
